Pool & Fitness – daily 07:00-22:00
Sauna & steam bath – daily 10:00-20:00 (please book in advance at the spa reception)
Spa treatments – Mon, Tue, Thu & Sat 10:00-19:00 / Fri & Sun 10:00-18:00 / Wednesday treatment-free day!

Our Day Spa for external guests (without overnight stay) with pool, fitness, sauna & steam bath is open from 02.01.2023 as follows:

Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri at treatment times
Wed, Sat & Sun closed

Gymnastics & Aqua Fitness

Get active with our trainer Peter!

Gymnastics: Wednesdays 09:45-10:35 am and Fridays 6:45-7:35 pm

Fit and agile with gymnastic exercises suitable for everyday use to lively music. Outdoors in good weather during the summer months!

Aqua-Fitness: Wednesdays 09:00-09:30 am and Fridays 6:00-6:30 pm

Increase strength, flexibility & endurance. Arms, legs, buttocks and torso are trained and relaxation is promoted at the same time. With swimming noodles and lively music under trained guidance.

Limited number of participants in each case – registration at the spa reception is absolutely necessary!
