If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park in our hotel’s own underground car park for 20€ per night. This also has 3 e-charging stations.

Gespritzter, Überschwemmung, fine coffee and a wide selection of other drinks can be enjoyed around the clock in our lobby lounge bar.
The hotel does not have its own restaurant. Restaurant tips and recommendations for Vienna are available at our reception.
Check-in & Check-out
The rooms are at your disposal from 15:00. If you arrive early, we will be happy to store your luggage for you free of charge while you explore the city or the region.
Please vacate your room by 12:00 noon on the day of departure so that we can prepare it in time for the next guests.
After a long night, you’d rather stay in bed a little longer? Outside trade fair times and subject to availability, we are happy to offer you a late check-out until 18:00 for € 30, after 18:00 the regular daily rate applies.
Breakfast
The rich caratbreakfast buffet awaits you daily from Monday to Friday from 06.30 to 10.30 a.m. in our breakfast restaurant on the ground floor.
We are happy to offer gluten-free and lactose-free products to allergy sufferers and travellers with food intolerances. Please let us know your respective wishes and needs before your arrival so that we can prepare ourselves optimally and buy fresh products.
Pets
For dogs we charge € 10,00 per night, cats on request. Since each animal has its individual needs, you should bring the food yourself.
Internet
In the hotel lobby you will find our internet centre, which is available to you free of charge. In addition, the entire hotel has Wi-Fi.
Children
Children up to 12 years stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. Baby cots and extra bed on request for an extra charge. Please indicate your wishes in this regard directly when booking so that we can reserve a suitable room for you and your family in good time.

Our free services:
Enjoy a work-out in our fitness area. You will find this on the 1st floor.
Our in-house sauna is available Monday-Friday from 17:00 to 21:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00.
Please note that due to the current situation we only activate the sauna on request and this takes about 30 minutes. Therefore, please inform our reception staff in good time.
Cleaning cycle room
The standard cleaning of the hotel rooms and bathrooms is done every 2 days. After 2 nights, the bed linen and towels are also changed.
This allows us to efficiently conserve resources and save costs while still offering you a consistently attractive price/performance ratio. You can find detailed information here.
