Important information for your stay at the carathotel Düsseldorf City

Are you cold? Find the controller for the heating next to the coffee machine.

Is it too warm for you?
You will find the control for the air conditioning on the wall next to your bedside table. To switch on the air conditioner, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Turn the knob to the left to cool.

Please keep the window closed and make sure that the heating is switched off.

Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room.

Do you need hot water? Contact reception and we will be happy to provide you with a kettle for the duration of your stay.

Our rooms do not have refrigerators. If you would like to cool something, you are welcome to leave it at the reception and pick it up there again at any time.

Do you need help? Our reception team is at your disposal 24 hours a day. Do not hesitate to contact us!

For fire safety reasons, we ask you to remove your private electronic devices from the socket when leaving the room.
