The carathotel Basel/Weil am Rhein is part of carathotels- a small, ambitious brand cooperation with a big vision for the future. With 162 rooms, it is located in the border triangle directly on the border with Switzerland. We are looking for a committed addition to our young, ambitious team as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

You actively drive group and corporate sales.
You respond to reservation requests and handle them.
You are responsible for the preparation and organization of the groups before arrival and during the stay.
You are the organizer and contact person for seminars and events.
You support the reservation team

You have already gained initial experience as a reservations employee.
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
