The carathotel Basel/Weil am Rhein is part of carathotels- a small, ambitious brand cooperation with a big vision for the future. With 162 rooms, it is located in the border triangle directly on the border with Switzerland. We are looking for a committed addition to our young, ambitious team as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • You actively drive group and corporate sales.
  • You respond to reservation requests and handle them.
  • You are responsible for the preparation and organization of the groups before arrival and during the stay.
  • You are the organizer and contact person for seminars and events.
  • You support the reservation team

  • You have already gained initial experience as a reservations employee.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
